Architectural services, from early advice to construction

Projects don’t all start in the same place. Some begin with a clear brief. Others start with uncertainty around planning, viability or delivery. Our role is to apply judgement early, produce clear information, and stay involved long enough to make sure what’s approved can actually be built.

Early advice & feasibility

Before design progresses too far, we look at the fundamentals. Planning history. Policy position. Settlement boundaries. Access. Site constraints.

For homeowners, that avoids unrealistic expectations. For developers and landowners, it often informs acquisition decisions. Testing viability early is usually cheaper than redesigning later.

FAQs

Answers to some of our most common residential project questions.

Not always. Some projects need early advice only. Others run through to completion. It depends on what you’re trying to achieve.

Sometimes. We’d need to review what’s been done and understand the position before advising on next steps.
